Established since 2006, Singapore Sport and Exercise Medicine Centre at Novena (SSMC@Novena) is the largest private multi-disciplinary Sport and Exercise Medicine Centre in Singapore.

SSMC sees to the needs of the following types of individuals:

· Sedentary (inactive) individuals who have been inactive and wish to start exercising

· Individuals who want to lose weight. SSMC runs a multidisciplinary weight management programme that is evidence-based and overseen by our doctors
