Dr Shaun A. Thompson
Dr. Shaun A. Thompson is the Director of Expat Dental and hails from the USA. He has been working in Singapore since 2009 and has gained invaluable experience and an unrivalled reputation as a provider of high quality care for expatriate families in Singapore since opening Expat Dental at Novena in 2013. He practices general family dentistry with keen interests in cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, facial aesthetics (i.e. Botox & dermal fillers) and dental sleep medicine (i.e. snoring & sleep apnea). Dr. Shaun combines the use of the latest technology and his strong service ethos to make dental care a positive and hassle-free experience for everyone. As a parent, he knows how important it is to make every member of the family happy and healthy with their dental care. Dr. Shaun received his Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with honors/ leadership awards from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, USA. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Tennessee, College of Dentistry in Memphis.
He is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (currently pursuing the prestigious Diplomate status), American Dental Association, Singapore Dental Association and the Aesthetic Dentistry Society of Singapore (AAED/IFED).
