| Dr. Lee Lip Seng is a Senior Consultant General Surgeon with subspecialisation in Hepato-pancreato-biliary (HPB) Surgery. With more than 20 years of experience, he is renowned for his expertise in minimally invasive surgery, including laparoscopic and robotic surgery, for the treatment of gallbladder, liver, pancreatic and biliary diseases and cancers. |
| His academic journey began with the completion of his medical degree at the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2005, where he obtained his MB BCh BAO qualification. |
| He completed his specialist training in surgery at both Changi General Hospital and Singapore General Hospital, where he further developed his skills and expertise in complex surgical procedures. In recognition of his potential and commitment to surgical excellence, Dr. Lee was awarded the Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) Fellowship Award. This prestigious award enabled him to undertake a one-year Clinical Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery, including laparoscopic and robotic surgery for HPB conditions, at Yonsei Severance Hospital in Seoul, Korea, from 2015 to 2016. |
| Upon returning to Singapore, Dr. Lee applied his advanced skills and knowledge to benefit numerous patients through the use of minimally invasive surgical techniques, including robotic and laparoscopic surgery. His commitment to clinical excellence and innovative treatment approaches has contributed to improved patient outcomes and quality of life. |
