Speaker Profile:	Dr Jay-Lee has a special interest and expertise in perfectionism in sport and exercise and its influence on motivation, stress, and coping. Dr Jay-Lee works predominately with youth student-athletes in Singapore looking to raise their standards of performance and thrive under pressure; with less stress and anxiety.
