Dr Loh Seong Feei

Dr Loh Seong Feei is a pioneer in fertility care in Singapore with over 30 years of experience in reproductive medicine, obstetrics, and gynaecological surgery. As former Head of the Reproductive Medicine Department and Director of KKIVF at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, he helped grow the centre into Singapore’s largest IVF facility, achieving high success rates across thousands of IVF cycles. In 2012, Dr Loh established The O&G Specialist Clinic and was also appointed Medical Director of Thomson Fertility Centre, bringing personalised and patient-centred fertility care into the private sector. He takes a holistic, problem-oriented approach, tailoring fertility treatments to each couple’s unique needs. Dr Loh also specialises in managing high-risk pregnancies and advanced minimally invasive surgeries. He is one of few surgeons in Singapore to perform laparoscopic reversal of tubal ligation, with published results in Annals of Medicine. A respected educator, he has trained many practising gynaecologists and served as Associate Professor (Adjunct) at Duke-NUS. His dedication to patient care has earned him a STAR EXSA Award. He has also chaired national committees on infertility care and clinical practice guidelines in Singapore.
