Dr Juliet Tay

Dr Juliet Tay

Dr Juliet Tay is the Director of The Implant and Oral Surgery Centre and has over 14 years of clinical experience.  She obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the National University of Singapore where she was awarded the prestigious Lee Kuan Yew Gold Medal.  She won a scholarship to undergo specialist training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and graduated with a Masters of Dental Surgery degree. She was admitted as a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons during the second year of her specialist training.  She is also on the Academy of Medicine, Singapore Roll of Specialists and the Singapore Dental Council Specialist Register.

Her expertise includes full mouth reconstruction with dental implants, dentoalveolar surgery including wisdom teeth removal, orthognathic surgery (jaw surgery), maxillofacial trauma and oral pathology.

Dr Tay lectures extensively on the topic of dental implantology and has published in international journals. She is the co-author of  the book “ A Patients’ Guide to Dental Implants.” Dr Tay is fully accredited and has been granted operating privileges at major private hospitals in Singapore including Gleneagles Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Raffles Hospital, Thomson Medical Centre, Mount Alvernia Hospital and Eastshore Hospital.  She is a member of the Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (Singapore) as well as a fellow of the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.  She is also involved in dental charity mission trips in the region organised by UNIFEM.
