Dr Christopher Goh Kok Hean
Dr Goh’s experience in the field of Orthopaedics ranges from General Orthopaedics, Adult Recon and Trauma to Spine Surgery, Tumour Surgery and Paediatric Orthopaedics.
As Resident Doctor of Inliven Center for Osteoarthritis Solutions, Dr Goh focuses on the non-surgical management and treatment of knee osteoarthritis through rehabilitation, pain management, biomechanics as well as physical therapy. He is also involved in driving public awareness on knee pain and knee osteoarthritis as a regular speaker at corporate and public health talks.
In his more than 10 years of clinical practice, Dr Goh has worked extensively in the areas of General Surgery, Urology, Neurosurgery, Upper GI, Endocrine Surgery, Gastroenterology, Vascular, Breast, Surgical ICU, Internal Medicine, Hepatology and Hand and Mico-reconstructive Surgery. He managed patient cases in various hospitals including Singapore General Hospital, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, National University Hospital, KK Women’s and Children Hospital and West Point General Hospital and was also the on-site doctor for Exxon Mobil on Jurong Island, where he focused on work-related injuries and occupational health issues.
An Intercollegiate Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (Glasgow, UK), Dr Goh obtained his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, and Masters of Medicine in Orthopaedic Surgery from the National University of Singapore.
Dr Goh is an active member of the Sports Medicine Association of Singapore (SMAS) and in 2004 was conferred The Courage Awards for SARS Warriors for his selfless dedication and courage demonstrated during 2003 SARS crisis.
